When will I get my cake?

If you select pickup at an external pickup point as your delivery method, please allow one extra day for processing.
How can I pay?
You can pay in cash upon handover, or online when ordering. Online payment methods include Visa and MasterCard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and instant transfers from major Czech banks via QR code.
Online payments are processed by the Comgate payment gateway. The service provider, Comgate, a. s., is a licensed payment institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secure, and all information is encrypted. For more information and contact details, visit www.comgate.eu.
Can I send a cake to someone else?
Absolutely! Just don't forget to give us his/her name and phone number (for obvious delivery purposes) as a note with your order.

When you order a cake, we will ask you to enter your email address and phone number. Please enter contacts you actually use so that we can confirm your order and/or discuss details with you.

How do I return refundable glass?
Please bring refundable glass to our place in Prague-Suchdol to get your deposit back.
Any hidden fees?
All prices already include VAT. Apart from optional extra services, we only charge packaging fee at 30 CZK per box for each cake (50 CZK for large or non-standard cakes).
